     To compliment Heart Health month, our volunteer nurses will offer
blood pressure screenings after Masses this weekend (Feb 20-21)!

• What is an acceptable range for blood pressure in older adults?
• How does salt, or sodium, affect blood pressure? What is the recommended amount of sodium per day?
• How does exercise help your heart?
• What do your cholesterol numbers mean?
